"Your hands can be the substitute for Goshinjo implements."
Even if you don't possess any Goshinjo implements, "Biri Biri Jin Jin Exercise" enables you to eliminate Jaki accumulated in your body with your hands anytime anywhere.
Jaki is a formal term used in Oriental medicine which means the energy that causes illness.
There are various causes which generate Jaki such as stress, food and drinks contaminated with chemical materials and low atmospheric pressure. In addition to these, man-made electromagnetic waves (PC's, mobile telephones, high-voltage cables, etc.) in modern society also generate extremely strong Jaki.
Eliminating Jaki corrects the life energy field in our body. Our body has inborn features that when the life energy field is correct, the electrical and chemical phenomena which are the life phenomenon work properly, pain is ceased, inflammation is settled, and the natural self-healing ability (immune system) gets stronger.

"Biri Biri Jin Jin* Exercise"
* Biri Biri and Jin Jin are Japanese mimetic words which mean tingling sensation and pins and needles respectively.
Open one of your palms, stretch your fingers lightly and maintain this hand posture. With your other hand, stroke the problem/painful area of your body towards your finger tips and/or the tips of your toes by using your palm, fingers and nails. Stroke action/speed is as if you are scratching when you feel itchy. Remember not to stroke towards your head, as Jaki is sent to your head. It is important that your hand is kept open, closing your hand prevents Jaki from being expelled.
Then, press your problem/painful area strongly with your fingers and/or nails. Painful but bearable pressure is ideal to effectively expel Jaki. Pressing duration can be flexible, between 5 to 10 seconds is recommended. Monitor the degree of pain occasionally so that you know whether the pain has either decreased or ceased.
Massaging the problem area with one of your hands whilst keeping the other hand open also expels Jaki.
Initially, your open hand may not feel anything, however, as you continue you will find that Jaki is expelled with a tingling and/or pins and needles sensation.
Repeat the stroking, pressing or massaging in order of preference. The procedure is the same when you switch hands.
Relief is more effective if you apply "Biri Biri Jin Jin Exercise" when you are in a painful posture.
It is also important that this exercise is performed in bare feet in order to expel additional Jaki from your feet by establishing an earth connection. Humans are the only creatures which live without being earthed.
When you are finished, position both palms of your hands on your kidney area of your back, and breathe deeply three times to complete the exercise.
